Are you a recent graduate looking for an opportunity in IT or software with a distinct focus on customer service? Do you enjoy working with IT and software, and do you have the people skills required for working in a technical helpdesk environment?
Our client is the UK's leading Identity Management solution provider in Airports. They are a “Software as a Service” business and their platform assists UK airports with the control and management of ID Passes for airport employees, vehicles and drivers. Their software is mission critical for their customers and as such customer support and thorough testing of all new features is critical to their successful delivery.
Right now, our client is seeking 2 individuals to join their software test and support team, supporting their Airport users by phone and by email, as well as assisting with quality control via the testing of the application as part of the software lifecycle. Working as part of this team, you will log support and test issues from customers as tickets, then play an active role (as part of our wider technical team) in finding technical solutions for each customer. In addition, as our client's software products continue to evolve and expand, you will help to expand and maintain their library of help documentation, as well as building demonstration data for new customers.

The role is office-based, working from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
Full training will be provided to individuals who come equipped with all the above characteristics. Graduate status is not essential, but indicates the type of experience and aptitude required for this role.
