We’re excited to be kicking off a new search for our client – an independent Marketing Agency, in search of an experienced, client focussed Senior Account Manager / Account Director.

This role is for someone with a background working agency side, managing client relationships for perhaps a Digital / Creative / Marketing or PR Agency – someone who is familiar with juggling multiple client accounts, and working at pace.

Our client is looking to appoint someone who can work at a senior level alongside the Managing Director who can take a lead role on client accounts – someone who is confident and experienced at growing existing client accounts, spotting areas to upsell and grow accounts and, also who will enjoy attending new business pitches and winning new clients.

Our client really excels on Marketing strategy and creative – so we’d love to find them someone who is not only an excellent Account lead / Account Director but someone who has that creative mindset – an idea person who can help imagine new ideas for clients and bring campaigns and strategy to life.

They have a creative team in place who you’d help lead and direct alongside the Managing Director – it’s a fantastic and exciting opportunity here for someone to really help shape the agency and drive it forward with full autonomy and support from the Managing Director.

This is a full-time role ideally however our client are very flexible and open to hearing from candidates who would like perhaps a part-time 4 day per week role.
